| For weight loss than doing an hour on my magnetic resistance bike and an hour walking? I heard that for fat loss, walking is better....and cycling builds muscle which weighs more. I seriously wish to lose 4 Ibs and my weight loss came to a grinding halt when I increased my cycling. |

| increasing your cardio will help you burn wieght also sometimes we plateau before we lose more weight i would try walking and bycicling good luck |
