I jog for about three hours a day, because I love jogging! I have a heart rate monitor, and it says that I burn about 1500 calories with each workout. I eat alot of healthy food, and I'm not overweight or anything;I'm 18 years old, 5'5, 113 pounds. Anyway, is it safe to be jogging so much? As long as I eat/ drink alot, and take vitamins, should I be alright?

you are jogging to much. you are causing more harm then good. a lot of pressure is being put on your joints, among other things. you can have a very bad injury

if you're healthy then hey, why not? Just make sure you are getting enough nutrients and energy to support this lifestyle♥♥

Wow! Very good ! I work out 2 hours a day at the gym .There's no problem at all with you. Judging from your stats...5'5 113 pounds,18 yo old....very good work !Hard to spot a chick like you these days.
