http://www.yogajournal.com has poses and well written instructions for the poses. http://www.yogatoday.com has free 1 hr classes, live streaming, for all levels. Not written instructions, but classes that are professional and in my opinion, excellent. They cover all kinds of yoga; vinyasa, kundalini, hatha, ashtanga, etc. Those are my two favorite sources. Good for you for doing it with your mom, you guys are going to feel great!Nutritional stuff - I found a LOT of good information at http://www.sparkpeople.com - it IS a weight loss website, but it focuses on learning to eat healthy instead of just working on losing weight. Sign up for some of their healthy eating type emails and you'll get daily info that's actually very informative and helpful. They have a lot of forums too, if you want to connect with other people who are doing what you are doing. I'm in the yoga lovers forum. :PAnd it's free too!Hope this stuff helps you, good luck!
