I am looking for an inexpensive heart rate monitor with a chest strap. There is one kind that I am looking at that is called a Cardiosport Fusion 10 Heart Rate Monitor and next to the description it says type: transmitter belt. Does anyone know if that means it has a chest strap with it? Thanks!

Yes it does because you wouldn't put a heart thing around your waist for any reason that I can think of.
