can somebody pretty please decide me a fitness regime for a week for me and ill love you forever and ever. each day i can only have time for an hours exercise.i have:1 fitness trampoline2 different hour long fitness videosa pair of 2kg dumbells (im weak)lots of parks aroundand a willing bodyi also like running, yoga, pilates, dancing.thanks xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Try running for half an hour on the first day, Then Half an hour the second day with one of the dumbell in your hand. Then the same time with both dumbell. and so on hopefully each day you will get further and further in each half hour

all these are fine but if you really want to see results fast get a personal trainer there not as expensive as people think and are around 30 quid for two sessions per week they will keep you motivated and works on whats best for your body
