| I bought the exercise DVD "10 Minute Solution" and the exercises are 10 minutes each so I like to do them everyday, BUT if I keep on (from what I understand), pretty soon my weight and muscles will not improve anymore, correct? These are what I'm doing - Boot Camp (aerobic and weight training)Pilates (abs)Kickboxing (legs, arms, abs)Yoga (flexibility)In addition to this, I do another 13 minute leg exercise routine on a separate machine, plus a few more weight training exercises for my arms. How should I form my exercise schedule?IS it alright for me to do them everyday, and if not, which ones CAN I do everyday and which ones should I alternate?FYI i'm a 20 year old female, 5 2" and 115 lbs.My goals are to get sculpted abs, arms, and inner thigh muscle plus become more flexible |

| can't really give you a routine for what you're doing cuz it sounds like you're working out at home. if you really want to get fit, join a gym and there's a whole new science of working out to explore. |
