Ok i just got me a push bike! how long would i need to cycle for and how many days a week to see results?what muscles does cycling work, obviously the legs, anywhere else, likethe lower stmache maybe?

no, the bike doesn't work the lower stomach. however, it works thighs if you push the right muscles. and if you're concerned about working your abs, then just flex and hold them while you're cycling. that helps them. =]because the bike is cardio, anywhere from 30-60 mins. 4-5 days a week
