I currently do 90 mins of intense stationary bike cycling and a further 30 mins of toning, squats, situps etc. And I eat around 2000 calories a day. Will I drop some weight if I cut the exercise so that I lose some of the muscle I have gained and if I cut my food down to get rid of any flab from that?

i don't believe in exercise at all....i have no discipline of what food i intake...so what i did i tried "Pearl White" slimming capsule and i really lost weight from 72kg to 57kg only (less than a month)...suppressant tablet....then later on when i stopped it because i am happy now with my weight, i tried to discipline myself by avoiding carbohydrates... especially after 6pm...

It aldepends on your age, weight, etc. I suggest that you talk to a doctor and ask them how to lose "flab" because everyone is different.

nope, thats really stupid, your exersize reseme seems very fine indeed, the only way to loose weight is to have a good diet. FISH VEGTABLES,WATER GREEN TEA AND FRUIT, cut down sweets (only eat them for a treat) and only eat brown bread. you will loose the weight fast. but do not continue this harsh reseme for too long, by time you will gain muscle and look bulky which is not what you want to do right? xo

If you lose muscle of course you are going to lose weight but why would you want to lose muscle? You can not get rid or "flab" with out exercising. Exercising tightens your muscles and that is what makes you lose flab. Cutting down on exercise will just make you lose muscle but exercising gets rid of flab.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
