| mondays:[youtube's]10 min pilates burn10 min pilates bunswednesdays:10 min pilates burn10 min pilates sculpting [arms]25 min strength trainingfridays:20 min run [2 - 2 1/2 miles]saturdays:10 min pilates burn10 min pilates abseveryday:5 min yogayeah i eat healthily. everything in moderation. im not strict about desserts but im strict on how big it is or something |

Good Workout.. You'll Be Real Fit and Toned!But Most Importantly only do it if you enjoy it! Dont force yourself and dont get 2 obsessed! |

| it is good, it saves some time for you to rest, but you still get the workout, just remember to eat healthy, drink pleanty of COLD water, and you'll be lookin good for summer =] |
