mondays:[youtube's]10 min pilates burn10 min pilates bunswednesdays:10 min pilates burn10 min pilates sculpting [arms]25 min strength trainingfridays:20 min run [2 - 2 1/2 miles]saturdays:10 min pilates burn10 min pilates abseveryday:5 min yogayeah i eat healthily. everything in moderation. im not strict about desserts but im strict on how big it is or something

Good Workout.. You'll Be Real Fit and Toned!But Most Importantly only do it if you enjoy it! Dont force yourself and dont get 2 obsessed!Very Happy

it is good, it saves some time for you to rest, but you still get the workout, just remember to eat healthy, drink pleanty of COLD water, and you'll be lookin good for summer =]
