| im currently 5'2", and weigh 140lbs, and im a type 1 diabetic. wow. horrible -___- i need to lose weight!i was thinking of trying to start doing some workouts like cardio and stuff. so i wanted to ask people out there for advice and their own experiences with taebo, yoga, or pilates. i was thinking of doing taebo to really burn off fat and get toned, and probably doing yoga to just get more toned. along with that, as for food plans to probably cut down more on food and cutting out soda. so, to anyone who has lost weight, or is losing weight and the moment and has some better advice, techniques, or whatever, please tell me. and please let me know if my plan to getting healthier is anywhere near great. thanks!and also, can someone answer this for me:is it true that diets dont work, and all you really have to do is just cut down on how much you eat? |

| Diets don't work. You need a lifestyle change, especially if your diabetic. You need to change your eating habits and get moving. Walking is great if your just starting off. Yoga is great too. Have you spoken to a nutritionist who specializes in diabetics? |
