| I was 126 Ibs until 4 days ago, then over a 2 day period, it went up to 128.4. I got my period and had had 2 nights of bad bingeing. It is now back to 127.5, but I want to shift that extra 1.5 Ibs... I just do not know how because if it is muscle weight from all the exercise I do, what can I do?? I wont be content until I am back to 126 but I would rather not have to cut my food intake right back to do it as I already have cut down. I have been doing 2 hours cycling on a magnetic resistance bike and another 30 mins of things like situps, leg swings, squats and buttock tightening exercises (swinging my legs back so they go tense). What can I do to shift this extra 1.5 Ibs quickly? Is it more likely the exercise or the binge eating that did it? |

| It is most likely the binge eating, depending on how many calories you consumed of course. But just keep exercising and eating less then 2000 cals a day and it should come off in a week or 2. It takes the loss of 3500 calories to loose 1lb. |
