| I am 15, 111 pounds, 5'1" which is supposedly normal but I want to loose weight and get in shape for this summer.I researched a little bit and I am currently eating 1650 carolies a day (while making healthy choices of course) and my excercise program is:Every night I run the treadmill for 30 minutes (1 minute 3.5, 1 minute 4.0 which is fast walk to jog). The I do about 30 minutes of a combination of yoga/pilates/and weights or machine.Do you think this is good? Also, how fast do you think it will take me to get to 105? |

| Seems ok but not complete. Maybe try this free Bodybuilding guide – http://saltlyfe.net/BodyBuilding/ it has a great 6 day workout plan and some great info about proper muscle growth and nutrition. |
