| Both are pretty good. Even though it is walking 6x week maybe tough to maintain. Just because it is alot of exercising to do. It really depends on your fitness goals. I recommend if you can do the 5 miles running 3 X per week do it. Good Luck http://eninjatraining.blogspot.com/ |

| I would say the one with the walking. Your supposed to have 5-7 days of cardio per week. |

| The first one is much better.Running forces your muscle more than walking. And, running is less tiring than walking for some reason. |

The first one. Running makes me feel like I've had a proper workout! And the second one would be more time consuming. |
