|
|
| I want to incorporate more exercise into my daily routine, so I want to get a fun exercise video. The only thing is, I live in an apartment, so I don't want a video that has a lot of jumping up and down because if you live in an apartment, you know you can hear people above you just walking heavy, much less jumping around, so I am trying not to disturb my neighbors below me. I do like yoga and pilates, but I was just wondering if anyone could recommend other fun work out videos that don't have too much jumping in them? In high school I did dance and cheerleading (I'm 23 now), so I like to do stuff like that with routines, but I am scared to order a video if I don't know what is on it because I don't want there to be too much jumping up and down, so any recommendations would be appreciated! |
