| believe it or not, the burn the same, running is better cardio. i would run. |

| I would walk--at an energetic pace--because you are much less likely to sustain any type of injury. Running puts a lot of stress on your bones. |

| If you are just entering into the exercises, you should always go with the work out that's staggered out throughout the week.If you dive into a full 6 day/week workout, your body will burn out and you will either quit or the hefty work out will be of no effect. |

| Depends on your goals and such;If your looking to lose weight while still retaining some form of muscle mass, running 5 miles and lifting, but I'd try to keep those a few hours apart or even on different days.Walking probably depends on the speed that your doing it at and how many calories your burning, but you'll probably have the same as above but invest far more time into it.Personally, I'd run 3xs a week and do weights rather than walk 6xs a week. But that's just because I don't have the time to be walking around for a hour or so a day and working out. |
