so I had about 600 calories for lunch, and 700 for dinner.then i had light ice cream with a cone-340 cals.the fat grams were totaled to probably around 40-50 ish? :/but then I ran 2.5 miles, 2 miles on stationary bike, and 1 mile on eliptical.then my friend and me did a cycling class that we biked 10-13 miles.I know that was alot for one day...and my knees are starting to ache. i took two aleves, is there anything else I should do? ehh.and i think I burned about 700 calories with all that...is that a correct estimate?thank you for your help (: !

Okay so in total you....- ate 1640 calories - 600+700+340- exercized 14.5- 17.5 milesSooo you burned off more than you actually ate!!!If you ate250 cals you would have to run 2.5 miles to burn it offSooo you can figure it out Example2ate 300 cals run 3 miles to burn offSoo you were incorrect...Hope this helps...Razz
