Well it really depends on which ones you are referring to and what teh active ingredients are. But as a general rule of thumb before you are 18 or even better 21 personally I wouldnt. At the very least see a doctor before you do.

Diet pills are not very good for anyone. They can cause irregular sleeping patterns, can become addicting, and don't really help you lose weight.

It really depends on the type of diet pill you're taking. Some can stunt your growth and have negative side effects. It's best to consult a doctor about it and find out what are the pros and cons of the diet pill you are taking.

All the pills are chemicals and per se harmful. Take them if so advised medically.Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at http://health-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
