Don't use pills unless you have to. Start eating better, start working out (more). After you have tried doing this for several months, if you still have no improvement you should go see a doctor or nutritionist and make sure its ok for you to take hoodia.

The best way is to eat better food and do moderate exercise...of course if you have an injury or something that detracts from your ability to do that; go see ur doctor for some advice and talk to them about it. I've got an injured back and am currently doing my own weight loss program...just a very small amount of exercise and eating right. Try setting small goals... if you can lose 500 gms a week; that converts to 2kg a month...24kg in a year!Good luck; please consider doing it the healthier way before resorting to using medication(s); it's sensible to try that first.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

I had some success with Hoodia. Lost about 8 pounds after 6 weeks. Overall I'm quite satisfied as it is relatively easy and after the first week I almost forgot about it but I noticed I actually stopped eating between meals.I got mine from http://hoodia4weightloss.info

As in any other diet plan, any supplements you may choose to take should be along with a change of lifestyle and eating habits.Nothing will change for the lerm term unless you change what you are doing now.Yes, genuine Hoodia pills may work for many people - and will work much better for you if you start eating more healthily, start taking more exercise, and create new healthier habits.Regarding you choice of Hoodia - be sure to get Hoodia that has been independently tested by either Alekmists or Chromodex. These are the only two laboratories that have a test (licenced by Phytopharm who 'discovered' Hoodia), to show active Hoodia. The other thing is to make sure you get 'full powder' Hoodia, not an extract. Unfortunately, the only real way to know the difference is the price!Good luck!
