Hi, I have never taken diet pills... I gained 10 pounds 4 years ago and I can't go back to my normal weight. I work out 3 days a week and I still dont get results. In 2 or 3 months I am traveling to see my family. I want to lose the extra pounds for them... If I find a pilll that helps me to lose those extra pounds I will definitely keep working out to keep my weight!!!...Please let me know if you have tried a pill that works!!!!!

eating right and exercising..drugs etc actually store the chemicals in ur fat cells when u go to actual exercise it will come back into solution really give u a kick, i experienced chemotherapy, cypro, iv drips all the shabang when i started exercising again afetr cancer i should assume its the same for pills

Well...the Hydroxycut line works well, ive heared. (I used to merchandise such things) Assuming your a woman, try the new Hydroxycut Max, made just for women. Or the Slimquick products i think are for women too....but no pill is just gonna burn fat if you dont eat right and exercise...sorry.

not what u want to hear but never use a diet pillthey are bad for your body despite how much u want to lost weightit cant be good for ur body if it can lose that much off.it probably takes off ur muscle not ur fat. so u arent gaining anythindont give up. workin out does jack if u dont follow a healthy diet.low carbs and fats and keep to proteins and 3 meals a day small portionssnack on fruit nuts when hungry.allow urself treats tho so u arent too hard onurself that u binge..best wishessss!

pls don't use diet pills.it will make side effect problems.if you really want to lose your weight.don't worry.exercise daily with some hard workouts and drink fresh juices.for more info visit the below website.

It is important that you do not try and do it quicker than that, because it is unhealthy for your body if you do that, and you will most likely end up gaining that back as well as an extra few pounds.It is recommended that we try to lose no more than 2 or 3 pounds a week, depending on the person and their body. This goal is easily attainable with exercise and eating right. You will not need to buy any diet pills or buy anything more than you already do to be able to lost 10 pounds fast! The smartest and healthiest way to do this is to step up your work out and exercise routine a couple notches. If you typically work out 30 minutes a day, step it up to 60 or 90 minutes a day.
