I am 17 years old and I'm trying to lose weight and do not have the time or the resources to lose weight (i.e lack of family support, etc.). I know a classmate who used to be chubby and she came back to school after a summer and she looked like she had never been overweight. Honestly, she was very pretty slim and NOT stick thin either. She looked extremely happy and healthy. I know for sure that she didn't lose all that weight (its a LOT of weight) the natural way by excersice and dieting. So please reccomend some that ACTALLY WORK.....I would really appreciate it and it would do great for my stressful lifestyle. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated!!!!!! Thanks in advance!!!

Ummmm, maybe you should ask this girl what she did.I can guarantee you it wasn't a pill. It was either diet and/or exercise or possibly gastric surgery.Repeat after me: There are no miracle cures, there are no miracle cures, there are no miracle cures

Maybe you should ask your friend how she did it. You never know, she may have gone to a camp to work it off. Or she may suffer from a mental illness, such as an eating disorder. Either way, don't think of her - think of what you want from yourself. Don't use excuses like 'I don't have family support.' You don't need your family's support to make the changes to a healthier lifestyle. Would your family really stop you from going for a walk each day? Doing some push-ups or crunches in your room? Packing your own lunch each day with healthy fruit and veg? I could understand if you were young, but you're almost an adult. I'm sure your family would understand if you're trying to become healthier. Prescription fat blockers work. So do some over the counter fat blockers, like Alli (Orlistat) - but they are only over the counter in the US and Australia. They, on average, reduce your weight by 5%. You will likely have diarrhea and flatulence while using them, and they may cause cancer. The prescription pills are only given to extremely obese people. Most other pills do not work. The ones that did work, like fen phen or ephedra were withdrawn for health reasons.

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it's a detox colon cleanse). Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at http://www.diet-happy.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!

Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.easy-diet-fit.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.Good luck!
