Believe it or not but the healthiest diet pill for you is a multivitamin. I didn't know it either. I found it on this site...

Not sure but it's not losing the weight that is hard it's keeping it off. You just need to learn to eat right and less and exercise and you will lose the weight. But once you lose it you need to keep eating right and exercising or you will gain it all back and more.

hydroxycut will not give you the jitters wont make you crazy just curbs your appetite and i drink slim fast cus they taste good and they replace food when i do not have time to eat but i need nutrients

i got "lipovortex" - supposed to be thermogenic and increase metabolism - it DOESN'T WORK! such a waste of money i promise you.maybe try "detox" teas n stuff, herbal teas are really good and keep you feeling full.i've lost more weight by keeping fruit handy so when i get peckish i have grapes instead of chocolate.

There are many brands out there. different people will react differently. do u know if the pills will do u more harm than good.The best way to loose weight is to do naturally. The body will accept it better. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat. 3 light meals a day. No sugar stuff. Soft drinks are no good. Plain water is the best. No sweet drinks and no snack. Do not eat between meals. Have regular time meals. Do not eat before bed. No supper. Breakfast is a must. Take a light lunch. A lighter dinner. Less red meat, if possible take fish. The best way to eat fish is to steam it. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula. Diet pills don't work. Trust me I've tried almost all of them. They work for a moment then you will gain the weight back. Take a look at this website www.thedetoxlife.com. I couldn't exercise either do to a double knee surgery. I lose 42lbs in 2 1/2 months. It really works if you stick to it. My husband lost 27lbs in 30 days.
