| are you a heavy eater if not definately no i will not work but if your a light eater and hardely eat at all then it should work fine im not to sure about pills ive used them they suck!! |

| You are definitely going to feel hungry by 1pm. It will subside by 4 but it will kill you not to eat anything. Good luck! Drink water if you feel hungry or eat celery. It has nothing in it but water. |

| it will make you loose weight but not for long. eventually your body will just stop burning fat so you will probaly loose about 4Ibs - 10 Ibs in the first week (depening on your weight at the moment) then you'll just stop. Instead i would try eating very small meals every 4 hours - then stop at 5pm and dont eat anything for the rest of the evening. even if you eat low cal things like water biscuits or apples etc.. you'll loose more weight in the long term because it will keep your metabolism going therefore burning fat all day and night. hope this helps! |

| you gota eat to lose weight u cnt starve yourself thats not good for your body your body needs food to survive eat healthy food adn do regurlar exercise and youll b fine. |

| Youll lost a lot of weight quickly as your fat cells are depleted. After a week or so your body will adapt and make you sleep to conserve energy. You will then hit a wall and not lose weight. Because you are not ingesting vitamins your skin, nails and teeth will begin to decay as you begin to starve.This is a 'rip up' bodybuilder diet, which is good only to burn skin fat for a few days. Continue it and you will become ill. If you do this and eat only protein then at least your health wont suffer.This is just starvation in another form and not a good way to lose weight. When you begin to eat 'properly' again your body will snatch as much as it can into your fat cells as in the primitive times, not eating regularly was the norm. Your body will adapt accordingly during these periods.Try again - spotty anoreksics with bad skin, teeth and bad breath are not attractive. |

| Not effective and won't last long. Even don't need diet pill, Drink daily 5 to 6 glasses of water, eat lots of fresh greens, fruits, less rice, eat sea food, avoid lamb and Pork. Every day go walking and increase the distance daily. Use olive oil than other kind. Moderate exercise is advised.kyoumarshn@yahoo.com |

| No it is not going to work. I have been down this road. I had a similar plan 2 or 3 different times. I was a member of a pro ana forum and posted my resutls. Trust me, I lost weight initially. now im the fattest ive ever been, and i regret takign short cuts. I actually {Censored!} up my metabolism so bad that now its about 100X harder to lose wegiht than it used to be. I'm nto telling you what to do, its up to you - but I wish I hadnt done that. |
