Lose weight quickly using diet pills. Why? If you're overweight, you can work on that. You can adjust your diet.If you are trying to lose weight quickly with diet pills, you are in a dangerous mindset that can easily result in an eating disorder. You don't need to mess aroudn with diet pills or they CAN send you to the hospital. I used them with doctor's supervision and still ended up there with multiple organ failure. It's easy to say that being overweight would be the worser of the evils - but it's not. Most who are overweight and are willing to change their lifestyle...do. They work on it. Most who want a quick fix don't want to change their lifestyle. Most won't even bother to check with a doctor to make sure they don't have a heart problem or high blood pressure.

You can be overweight and healthy. I am living proof of that.Diet pills WILL kill you. My brother took them and had a heart attack and died...at age 35 with no previous health problems. He left behind a 9 year old son who will grow up without his daddy.

Definitley avoid th ediet pills. You are more likely to die if you are unfit and eat a bad diet, but have a great figure than if you are overweight but exercise redularly and try to eat well.

The third option is the best: lose weight gradually and permanently by a sensible well rounded weight reduction diet and increase in daily aerobic activity.

Short term it is more unhealthy to use diet pills and lose the weight too fast - your body needs to be able to adapt.Long term it is not healthy to stay over weight as it taxes the bidy as well.

That's like asking if it's worse to be stabbed or shot -- both suck. Both are very unhealthy. Diet pills are a total scam and should be banned.

How over weight? 70 lbs. or more I would strongly advise you to go see your Dr. and work out a healthy plan through them.DO NOT TAKE ANY DIET PILLS!!!!! quick weight lose is not the answer to a healthy long term solution.gaining, losing gaining ,losing-long term this can lead to heart and circulation problems. It's not a healthy way to be.Here's my ideas Reduce the amount of calories that you regulaly take in now-I DID NOT say you can't eat this and you can't have that.(-right away you wouldn't like that diet and you wouldn't stick to it) it's not what you eat -it's how much. next you increase the amount of exercise that you do burn off what you take in. don't sweat you self away doing something boring!make up things to do-carry things up a stairway, walk anround a park,do jumping jacks during a commercial break,be ceative change up the "routine".
