If I eat only salad, fruit and peanut butter sandwhiches for a couple weeks, would it help me lose weight? Of course, drinking only water, also. I am 5'4, and I weight 120. I recently gained some weight on my back and theighs that I really want to get rid of. I also plan on exercising some, but I'm kind of lazy, so I don't know. Any advice or help would be great.Oh, I was also curious about cereal? Would cereal be a good breakfast choice if it's something like cheerios? Of course low fat milk. Thanks.

The body is designed to walk. Research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body’s weight set point and creates a thin, lean body. A one-hour walk everyday will change your body dramatically in as little as one month.Eat a big breakfastIt is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it’s organic, chicken in any form as long as it’s organic, lamb in any form as long as it’s organic, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots, any vegetable, potatoes in limited amounts, coffee in limited amounts made with pure water not tap water with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey as a sweetener, real tea (not tea in tea bags).Eat a huge salad at lunch & dinnerI don’t care if your lunch is a cheeseburger, French fries, and a pint of ice cream, add to it a big, huge salad and eat that first. You’ll be amazed that you lose weight. The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste. For more tips on how to lose weight go to my site there is a link to it in my profile.

Ok I know this sounds crazy but no you will not lose weight. I have been I will not say dieting but eating correctly and have lost 15 lbs in oh about 3 weeks. Eating more will help you lose weight eating less will cause you to gain in the long run because your body does not think it is getting food so it stores everything you eat so when you get tired of eating pb sandwiches and eat a real meal you will retain everything your body will store it up. This is a typical meal for me. I dont care if anyone has something to say about it because I have lost 15lbs and for the pat 2 days I have been moving and had 2 hamburger meals and not a single pound gained. Of course I would not normally eat that though.Breakfast Omelet canadian bacon eggs(or egg beaters) cheese chives just a nice 2 egg omleletSnack 3 hours laterveggies to crunch on or a cheese stick with a piece of ham around it Lunch 3 hours laterbeans or leftovers from dinner or a nice salad does not matter because by this time I am not really hungery but make yourself eat!Snack 3 hours latercucumbers or veggies to snack on or turkey cheese wrapDinner 3 hours laterpiece of chicken with veggies and a saladDessert 1 hour later jello or 3 times a week jello pudding with a FEW semi sweet morsalsThe weight comes off no fuss and you feel better based on the south beach diet.I avoid most bad carbs like white flour, white rice, well if it is bread or rice or pasta I avoid it or only eat once a week. And no you will not feel sluggish if you dont exercise then all those carbs you eat will not give you energy they will only turn to fat so avoid them but dont per say eliminate them.

not necessarily. fruit, altho "good" for you, contains a lot of sugar (fructose, different from sugar in sweets etc, but sugar nonetheless), so i wouldn't overdo the fruit if you're not exercising. the best thing you can do is eat a range of foods to make sure you are getting all the minerals and vitamins you need -- it shouldn't just be about losing weight. avoid packaged/processed foods, white sugar/rice/bread, and takeaways. eat extra vegies. and exercise!! even just walking 3 times a week will help. chicken, eggs and fish are good "meat" foods -- good sources of protein (for stamina and muscle toning) with less fat than red meat. you might want to cut out red meat, but make sure you eat lots of leafy greens for iron.
