Okay, I have been struggling with my weight for over a year, and I have asked one other question. It was in general, so now I'm looking for the specifics. I am vegan, so I do not eat meat, dairy, or anyting containing animal-derived products. Instead I eat dry nuts, beans, green vegetables (all, but mostly greens), and fruits. I also have other meals, but anyway. I do not work out often, but I am starting with thirty minutes per day; I need to develop this habit. On average I consume about 1400 calories per day. I'm thinking I need a plan, or certain times of the day to eat, instead of whenever I feel like it. I need some tips on how to lose it consistently, instead of gaining it back. And please, don't post here just to tell me that being vegan is stupid, unhealthy, and a bad decision. My nutrients are totally balanced, and I feel better than when I ate animal-derived products. Thanks. =)

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

You will just have to balance eating healthy and exercise. I watch calorie intake and carb intake. That is what works for me. Each person is different. 1400 calories is very healthy. Maybe you are just eating to late at night or not exercising enough. Also if you are working out maybe you are just not do the right exercises for your target areas. Good Luck

It's better to eat when you are hunger and just learn to know when you are full. Even vegans can overeat and be just as unhealthy. When losing weight working out is a must. So you are on the right track. I also find that a weigh in meeting is just the thing I need to really make me stick to my routine. Good luck!

- Change the way you eat.Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Eat your heavier meals in the middle of the day when your body is most active. Also, watch your portions. Remember: Everything in moderation- ExerciseGo to the gym, take up jogging/running, take up a sport, go hiking, lift weights (Remember: muscle burns calories)Do 20-30min of cardio followed by weights- Drink waterAbout 1/2 a gallon or 8-10 8oz. glasses a day. This will help with your metabolism, clean your body out, improve the look of your skin, and keeps you feeling full in between meals.Remember: The only real secret to loosing weight is focus and commitment. You have to stick with it!Good Luck!!

would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
