Depends on diet pills, there are many brands. Some of them (that try to target metabolic rate) have large amounts of caffeine, thus could give hearth rush and dizziness.

Amphetamines, aka speed, used to be available as diet pills. Now, that is illegal!

Hmmm, well ephedrine is like speed. I don't know what the laws are like in the States, but none of the diet pills in Canada contain amphetamines. Just caffiene and a bunch of weird uninvestigated shit like hoodia.Thats why all the kids started getting their speed highs from dextromethorphan and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Resourceful aren't they?

Diet pills will not mean a faster weight loss. A person on a reasonable diet and exercising regularly can still lose on average 2-5 lbs /wk depending on the plan. If you are going to spend the money on pills, better off going to the gym and getting a little training for life long changes. You aren't going to be able to stay on pills for the long run. Weight loss is a way of life and lifestyle changes. Make them early enough and you don't have to worry much when your older.PS. try to drink 64 oz of water / day.
