I have tried Duromine with bad side effects and Reductil with mild side effects what other top diet pills are there that males weight come off real fast???

All diet pills have side effects or only work when you pop them back - what happens when you stop? Join a gym, get a personal trainer, change your eating habits and drink more water. Eventually you should see a change in weight and hopefully muscle. Smile Good Luck! I know this isn't answering you question - but if you are going to waste your money on diet pills for the rest of your life you could at least try this healthier option first.

Seriously I have tried everything from pills to diet to machines to trainers to wraps you name it the best is hard work fruit vegies water and excercise. The rest is only temporary. Do it the long hard way and it is forever.

come on forget about pills. u never know if pills will do u more harm than good.The best way to loose weight is to do naturally. The body will accept it better. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat. 3 light meals a day. No sugar stuff. Soft drinks are no good. Plain water is the best. No sweet drinks and no snack. Do not eat between meals. Have regular time meals. Do not eat before bed. No supper. Breakfast is a must. Take a light lunch. A lighter dinner. Less red meat, if possible take fish. The best way to eat fish is to steam it. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula.
