~_~ I've tried everything from toning up my body. eating healthy. doing crunches. pushups. everything. and nothing is working. ~_~ So are there any fast diet pill things? ones with like no side effects and that actually work. Weight:130Pants size:7Age:18height:5ft 5inches

diet pills are gimmicks, they may work temporarily and do not help in the long run. For you I think the best idea is to eat sensibly from the five food groups your body mass index is 21.6 and is in a healthy weight range. I think perhaps you may be experiencing self image issues? 130 pounds is not that much perhaps muscle toning exercise could help you feel more beautiful.

Some people are natural like that. Don't worry. Just be yourself. Guys may prefer skinnier women but when it comes to picking out a wife, looks don't really matter, it's the inner beauty that counts.But if you really want an answer to your question, I've heard a lot of positive comments on Hydroxycut MAX. Then again, it may do more harm than good. Since you're only 18 and your body is still growing, I HIGHLY HIGHLY don't recommend taking shortcuts like "diet pills" or surgeries. Just eat healthy daily (lots of fruits & veggies) and you'll be fine.

you are perfectly normal, and the perfect weight for your height.you are fine.but if you want to feel better about yourself, honestly, jogging/running for 20 minutes straight (preferably 1.5-2 miles) every day, you will see a difference.couple that with 400-500 crunches all ways (build up to that) and do 40 leg lifts on both sides.you will see a difference with this.eat 1500-1600 calories a day.you may not see a WEIGHT difference on the scale, but you will see a body difference.(:
