| Ok so i really want to take diet pills for just a month. is that long enough to be harmful to my health? I'll just stop after a month and continue exercising and eating right to keep the weight off. i just need the diet pills to give me a kick into the weight loss process. so, a month would be ok, right? |

| I would advise you not to take dieting pills. They may be addictive and give you really bad health problems. Just excercise alot. Get alot of sleep and dont stress over things. Dont worry about starving yourself, eat as much as you want until your full. Just excercise daily and you'll be okay. |

| I would do some research on whatever pill you decide to take first. Check what ingredients are in it, and research those as well. Remember Terry Shiavo(Spelling?), the 40 year old woman in a vegatative state( a coma in otherwords)? she got that way from diet pills. She probably was taking way too much, so you should be ok, but be careful. |

| Always, ALWAYS consult with a doctor before taking a dietary supliment, espeically one like that. Different diet pills work in different ways, some with potentially harmful side effects. |

| I'd be careful though. What does the bottle or whatever say? I personally think there that to be a diet or something out there that is a healthier way to lose weight... lol. Just research well and be careful!I'm not sure any diet pills are good for any amount of time. They just supress things, so you lose weight in the beginning, then you might gain it back, even if you still keep on the perfect diet...Hope this helps~ |
