The Biggest Loser Club Diet sounds like what you are describing I have been on it 6 months and have lost 83lbs. They have books, videos and the online program. Good Luck

from what you discribed above you kind have diet right there. but if your looking for a good book to teach you how to eat right check into any books about eating clean diet will only take you so far you need to incorporate exercise try interval training on a treadmill 30 min. 3 days a week (walk, for a min. then run for a min. when your running raise the incline too 5 ) this with diet will help you shed pounds. after a month try to incorporate a wieghtlifting program 3 to 4 days a week hope this helped.
