| ok, i'm 5'9', i weigh 135lbs. i want to weigh 150. I do not exercise. I am planning to eat 14 slices of bread each day. Will that work? This is 14 slices on top of my daily consumption of food. Will it work, i know i will get sick of it but weighing 150 is better than weighing 135, everyone makes fun of my waist.lol im a man!!!!!! |

| Are you a woman? Because if you are, thats an advantage.Edit//Stay up really,really late...if you stay up you'll crave snacks...plus the lack of sleep also builds on the weight. Good luck. |

| Try picking up a tub of gainer protien supplement and taking alot of that daily then also maybe try to workout a bit, youll burn fat by working out but if you just try gaining that much weight of straight fat you wont look your best. |

| trust me, they will still make fun of you even if you reach 150 lbs., the way you want to gain weight anything you gain isn't going to go on you very attractively, you don't exercise, you don't have tone, all you are planning on doing is gain cellulite and fat (nice plan, please become more intelligent) |

| u are just looking to gain 15 pounds thats really easy dude.First thing is by just putting on 15 pound of fat will make u lookworse not good .My tried and tested method is to join an gym and just workoutthrice a week and as much as u can and surely u will look twice better than what u are and u can easily gain 15 pounds in 2 - 3 months . One more thing dont forget to eat more protein when u start working out . Easing protein providing food are milk , egg , chicken ...dont bulk up at one time ,eat in regular intervals becauseyour body needs protein every few hours so have one or two eggs thrice a day and u wil surely gain weightgood luck . |

| everyday put a glass of milk 1 banana two or three raw eggs maybe some can peaches for sweetness the eggs you can stand the better it will help and eat french fries lots of them with breakfest lunch and dinner you will look like like a football player before you know it. dont forget raw eggs are full of protein try drinking them if you can, or make the smoothie everyday |

| That strategy should work as bread is a starchy carbohydrate but if you get fed up with all that bread you could always eat some extra other starchy carbohydrates such as cereals, muesli and pasta. |
