i'm on a diet and exercise plan to lose and keep off about 5 pounds. i want to tone up mainly, but losing a few pounds wouldn't hurt. i'm 128 pds and 5'5''. 17 yrs old.I had about 800 calories throughout the day.then worked out really hard.i ran 2 miles straight.did most of the machines at my gym with an average rep of 40then did 500 crunches all ways.and 80 leg lifts.I probably burned off about 200 calories doing all of this, right?so i really only had 600 cals. through the day.then for dinner i had 2 chicken tacos on small tortilla shells with a little cheese and sour cream. ad about 20 tortilla chipsthat was like 700 calories right?so all in all...i had 1300 cals?Is that okay?i feel like im gainig weight..i know its muscle but like from the front i'm okay..but from the side my stomach is sooo wide and big it feels...what does that mean? do i increase the number of crunches?pleae please please help me..i really need advice!

you most likely do not eat enough fruits and veggies, the stomach part is most likely water gain from something your eating. you may want to see a dietitian at school to make sure you eat properly, lets face it at 128lbs you should look pretty darn good. Is it possible that your being to hard on yourself. you can use web sites to count your calories but that is not a lifestyle, enjoy yourself try to eat organic foods as much as you can, and do not stress to much hun. I am sure you look real good.
