| im 16 years old, im about 5'10 145 pounds im average weight id say i got kind of a wide chest area, i just bought osme creatine today and protein and multi vitamins. i plan on working out 5 times a week at the ability i want to both properly and intense. first i have a few questions:1.What are some good foods and drinks to eat in a day to stay healthy and gain muscle?2. Whats a good breakfast to have in the morning?3. What gets you motivated?4. What do i need to have proper energy throughout a day? |
