Even though your off that diet remember key things that were in that diet. Such as don't eat food with corn syrup or high amounts of fat. As long as the food is healthy still but food you wanna eat don't worry about it and good luck with your weight.

First, do not eat food that contain a lot of fat, and carbohydrate.Second, do jogging and other exercises Third, manage your mealI will discuss about the third one. You can eat, I mean you must eat a lot in the morning, because at 7-9 am is the time for absorbing a new energy used for the whole day. but still don't violate the first point above.. Remember, DO NOT skip breakfast.... otherwise you will die faster. I'm serious.During lunch, just eat 70% full, don't continue even that you're not full enough... at night.. eat even less full than in the afternoon.. take the greens quite a lot, and then later on for about 1-2 hours after the dinner, you can have a lot of fiber by taking fruits, apple is the most suggested.Remember, while maintaining your meal, you must also do exercises either jogging or working out in the gym or anything. Wish the best for your weight and health...Martin
