| I am 17 years old and my weight is 115 pounds.My goal is not to build muscle mass but to gain strength.My workouts will consist of push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, arms (dumbbells), legs (no machines), pull-ups, jump-roping, and flexibility. - For Biceps I will curl dumbbells and for triceps I will do dips. - I don't know what to do for my leg workouts, so can someone help me on that? quads, calves, hamstring, etc.I need help to create a workout plan. - Which days do I workout each part of my body? - Which days do I do cardio?Thanks!!!Can someone please make a workout schedule for me?? Thanks! |

| I took a workout class and we would workout 3-4 times a week and do cardio one day and strength training the other. Usually take a day off in between each day to let the muscles repair. Good workouts for the legs without using a machine would be lunges. The first time though is very tough if you have never done them before. |
