You can't chose to be anorexic. And if you want to then you obviously don't realise how hellish it is. Anorexia has destroyed my life, torn apart my family and is in the process of killing me. Ive been given a year to live and am powerless to do anything about it and you're asking for help on how to put yourself in the same situation? Imagine being forced to watch helplessly as your body begins shutting down on you, knowing you can't do anything about it cos this stupid illness is forcing you to carry on not eating and getting iller and iller and knowing that some day it really will take your life. I think you're ignorant and naive and don't understand what you're talking about. This isnt a way to lose weight, It's an illness. The fact you seem to think you can just chose to develop it is kind of offensive when I really would give anything in the world not to have this.

You will become very ill, its not the answer. The answer is, just move more and eat a little less and try to love and accept yourself for who and what you areGood Luck

Bolemia is dangerous from what I've been told. It will erode your teeth and esophagus and can lead to serious health problems down the road. Is it worth the risk? Eat right and exercise and you'll drop the pounds in a hurry.

You will lose weight. You won't feel very good. You will be fatigued and it could be very dangerous since you are working out and getting no nutrients. You could even die.But yes, you will lose all the weight you want.I was bulemic for 2 years, my teeth never rotted out. The dentist actually tells me I have good strong teeth. And the only problem that I ever had with bulemia is that I have to fight the urge to not do it anymore. I only don't do it for my husband.Maybe you could eat one meal a day. At least give your body something, and then if you eat again then throw up. but try to have something since you go the gym.

What your doing will either kill you young or take 20 years off your life span and leave you sick and frail for the rest of your life. You can't live in starvation and think it won't have massive side effects.Go to a dietitian and have them design a diet just for you. That way you won't die young or live sick the rest of your life, and you can achieve that goal weight the right way.

Anorexic is when you think ur fat n ur not n basically stop eating. Bulimic is when you binge on foods and then throw them upor just throw up anything you eat.Its all about avoiding food, avoiding gaining weight etc.Its really bad for you and if you go too far eventually it will effect you internally especially if you are a girl, it may stop you having children. If you want to lose weight eat balanced healthy meals 3 times a day and if you myst just cut the portion in half. Dont cut anything out and get regular exercise.

If you're eating too much for your body to metabolize, then you need to cut back. But you need to calculate your BMR ( google it) and that will tell you how many calories your body needs daily to just function. You can plan your meals accordingly. You canNOT starve yourself and expect to lose weight and keep it off. When you do that, yes your body goes into starvation mode, but you also lose muscle mass, which burns the most calories when you're in rest mode. A pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day and a pound of fat burns about 3 calories a day. You have to have a combo of cardio and weight training in order to lose weight the right way and train your body and you metabolism to work right. Initially you will lose weight fast, but when you eat something normal again, your body will immediately store it as fat because it hasn't had anything for so long.

Dear Stefy,PLEASE don't start this, unless you want your teeth to rot and fall out, your intestines to be destroyed and eventually require a hole in your side with a bag attached to your belly to collect poop, your bones to become frail, and your heart to possibly fail, and that means you could die. I am a health professional, and I have seen young people doing this. I have seen them become deathly ill. It is DANGEROUS. I am not judging you, I am giving you the facts.

Why do you want to lose weight fast? Its no good starving yourself of a good healthy diet. Let me explain to you how different foods work in your body. Proteins which come from mainly animal products though you can find in nuts and lentils, etc help build mucsle. So if you are eating proteins your mucsles are going to help break down body fat and the food you eat faster. Fiber another important part of our diet, Can be found in all fresh fruit and vegetable and all grains this helps as it eliminates body wastes. You also need good fats in the diets too, like your omega 3's, olive oils etc. These essential fatty acids are vital for good health. All these foods mentioned above dont make you put on weight if you balance it out right.Carbohydrates are vital for our energy supply, without it you can say goodbye to feeling active. You have 2 types of carbohydrates complex carbohydrates such as, your whole meal grains, white potatoes, rice, etc. These carbohydrates are great the body has to do more work into breaking them down so you are going to lose weight in the process. Than you have your simple carbohydrates which are like your refined foods like cake, bread, lollies, chocolate (anything naughty). The carbohydrates are that refined that the body dosnt have to do much work to break it down so it is more likely to be stored as fat. Definately go and see a dietician or lok stuff up on the net there is heaps of information if you want more help in understanding this- you need food to live its not the enemy and its so interesting when you start reading how important food is.Also by starving your self eventually your body wont have no nutrients to live and it will turn on it self and start eating it self, to late to change than. Goodluck
