| I have been weightlifting for about a year now. I am working on trying to increase my bench, squat and power clean, but am finding it difficult to increase. I believe it is due to my diet. I wake up for work and dont eat breakfast, and dont eat until lunch and then go lift. I want a good 6-meal a day plan for maximum strength gains, any suggestions? |

| protein shakes are good!drink more water for better circulationeating breakfast boosts you metabolism. even if it is an apple. you should start having protein shake for breakfast. one that is high in protein and fiber.dont forget to eat your fruit and veggies |
