| i went for a jog yesterday and i woke up this morning with pain on the side of my right foot. i've been jogging four times a week for three weeks. i run on the street with running shoes. what did i do wrong? any tips for the future on jogging? |

| Stop jogging or get better running shoes. Either way, you bruised you foot and you should rest it a few days. |
