Stop jogging or get better running shoes. Either way, you bruised you foot and you should rest it a few days.

You didnt do anything wrong except trying to jog to lose weight. You will lose more weight by walking and not have to worry about putting strain on your feet, knees, and ankles. Walk at least an hour, non-stop, per dayThe body is designed to walk. Research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body’s weight set point and creates a thin, lean body. A one-hour walk everyday will change your body dramatically in as little as one month. For more proven tips on how to lose weight check out my site there is a link to it in my profile.
