What do you think of these heart rate monitors?

I need something that will let me know when I am and aren't in the target zone and is accurate.Also, how good are these for exercising? Which POLAR monitor is a more difficult question. Polar FS1 is VERY basic, but that may be is what you want. Sigma PC 15 is quite advanced, but really cheap for what it offers. Both are good quality products, one Finnish and the other German.
