| I would like to know with how many Watts I am cycling on my stationary bike if I go at about 20 km/h for 30 minutes? How can I convert km/h or mph into watts? Thanks, but I would like to know how to get from km/h (or mph) to Watt. I am calculating my energy balance (input vs. output) and the list I am using only shows 'watts' cycling on a stationary bike, and my bike only shows me km/h. They have three levels: cycling with 50 Watts, 100Watts and over 150Watts. So wich one would I choose ? |
