| Most books are only there to delay the actual starting of the weight loss routine. If you want to loose weight, go for a run, eat healthy, drink lots of water.Things you've heard thousands of times before but they really do work, you just need to motivate yourself, spending money on some book is something I think you don't need to do.I found by running 3 or 4 times a week and cutting all the crap from my diet I was healthier, visibly slimmer and much happier than before. You can do it too, just stick at it and don't be embarrassed to exercise in public. |
