Did you lose weight after reading this book? Was it easy to do? How fast?Please just answer the question, no other advice is needed or wanted.

Most books are only there to delay the actual starting of the weight loss routine. If you want to loose weight, go for a run, eat healthy, drink lots of water.Things you've heard thousands of times before but they really do work, you just need to motivate yourself, spending money on some book is something I think you don't need to do.I found by running 3 or 4 times a week and cutting all the crap from my diet I was healthier, visibly slimmer and much happier than before. You can do it too, just stick at it and don't be embarrassed to exercise in public.
