Yes i think you could do it.You may also need to reduce your calory intake though.By reducing your calory intake by 500 calories a day you lose 1lb a week, doesn't sound like much really but by exercising you can reduce it by more.Say you currently eat 2000 calories a day, if you reduce this to eating 1000 calories a day, then burn 500 calories a day exercising, you can lose up to 3-4lbs a week, maybe even more because the exercise will speed up your metabolism. This would add up to around 15lbs a month. If you stick to a healthy diet, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water and cut out snacks i think you can do it!Good luck x

You have to make sure you stay away from junk food & fast food. Start doing a good cardio workout, like Karate (which is my favorite), jogging, jumping rope, anything that will get your heart pumping.

Hi,I lost 5kg in 2 weeks. For the last 5 years I have had fantastic results with Xenical for weight loss. And the best part is that I never had to suffer from hunger pangs or deprive myself of all the wonderful food I enjoyed. After about 3 weeks I was able to happily choose if I wanted to eat those fattening foods or not.Xenical helps do this by working on the absorption of fat in your body instead of suppressing your appetite. The main ingredient in Xenical is orlistat and when taken with a meal it works on the enzymes in your stomach and ensures that about 30% of the fats eaten in the meal is not absorbed into the body and therefore excreted undigested. When you compare calories, the 9 calories per gram of fat is more than double that of 4 calories for protein and 4 calories for carbohydrates. In fact when I first started with Xenical I had to reduce my intake of diabetic medication because of this sharp drop in calorific intake. And within a few days I started to see the pounds coming off for the first time in my life and the feeling was just so exhilarating. Its now been 5 years and I am able to maintain my ideal weight and feeling so much fitter. As always check with your doctor before embarking on any weight loss program.Check it out for yourself at: http://www.photosonlinespace.com/xenical.php Martin

HelloFirst, I understand where you're coming from. My name is Tigran and I am posting this because I know what it’s like to be over weight and feel your life spiraling out of control. I was almost 360 pounds, struggling with my health and looking for a way out. Seriously, I would have done almost anything to make a change in my life. And I did, with very little success. Pills, therapy, even working out were getting me nowhere. No matter what I tried I never really saw a change because I could not stop my love of eating. It’s so hard for people to understand when they haven’t faced this struggle. Everyone just says that you have to will power. But if you are like me, you know there is much more to it. I realized I was holding my life in my hands and I made the decision to find a way out of my self-inflicted nightmare. After years of struggle and countless nights studying the ins and outs of exercise science I finally stumbled onto a Fat Loss program that caused me to lose 143 pounds and still allowed me to enjoy the foods I love. This is nothing like what you have done before. Fat Loss program changed my life and I could not believe just how easy it was. I want you to discover the key that turned my life around. Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that you diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
