Ok, i'm 6'3 and weigh 242 lbs. I'm 15 (almost 16) and am in football. i'm mostly fat not muscle! fat is really around abdomen (big gut, man boobs, and large thighs/fat ass, lol) how should i go about losing my weight?A. lose about 15 pounds and then start turning the fat into muscle (a balance of cardio/weight lifting) (fat is easier to turn into muscle then just being skinny i've heard)OR CHOICE BLose 40 pounds, in which i'd way 200 pounds and then start weight lifting (major cardio/dieting, and average weight lifting, and then both cardio and weight lifting, but focusing more on weights) THANKS!!

I vote for option A.Your main focus should be on losing the excess fat before you try to really tone the muscles. It's good to do a balance of cardio/weights, But keep it more on the cardio side. Also, as you know already, you need to combine your exercise with a healthy diet. Eat lots of WHOLE grains, fruits/veggies and lean protein!

Sorry to dissappoint you but you cant turn fat into muscle you can either gain muscle or lose fat and it is dang near impossible to do them both at once, because to gain muscle you have to eat a whole bunch all the time and to lose weight you have to cut calories and focus more on cardio...Your safest bet and healthiest would be to gain muscle first and when you have accumilated as much as necessary or as much as you desire then cut the calories and still work out like weightlifting and focus on cardio like running. If you do it this way it will turn out a lot easier than chases two birds with one stone

Choice a is the healthiest, and yes fat is muscle food. You must use diet and exercise systemization to learn to control this relationship This education, and training routine takes a year , of constant working at it, and studying a d learning. Choice b is simply, an extreme, version of choice a. by the time, you get to 200 pounds you will know for sure, what you want. Here is a great basic level, subliminal system, which takes about a month to get used to. ("4-2-1")Four meals daily, (500 CALORIES OF ANYTHING WHICH WILL NOT KILL YOU).Exercise every other day, rigorously (all day long daily gring application, with any exercise routine added. Be certain to include core movement concept aerobics routine, for tone and flexibility training, to carry you through as you go."Do one thing at a time", no matter how busy your plans are, because this is the secret to success, (BELIEVE IT OR NOT)!Know thyself, (THE FIVE SENSES, BECOME A SENSUAL PERSON), TAKE UP A SECOND LANGUAGE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THESE TWO ARE PARALLEL SUPPORT GROUPS FOR THE MIND AND BODY. aND THE EFFECTS ARE AWESOME.NEVER DO MORE THAN 10 POUNDS PER MONTH. tHIS IS THE NORMAL WEIGHT GAIN LOSS FOR A NORMAL PERSON, (i know from extreme research),. 10mpounds per month will be a reasonable goal, and this diet will lose 20 poubds, but you will gain a 1/2 pound of muscle tone per poyund of fat lost. overall weight loss for one month health cycle, is 10 pounds. (this is normal for a "FAT BURNING/MUSCLE TONING" diet)! Every health cycle, includes the leveling out stability training of about a week to 10 days. This allows you to train yourself to cruise through a stable system, and /or use the time, to balance any abberations in the system, caused by outside events. This cycle occurs each month. This will allow you to remain strong, tone your muscles, and balance your metabolism, at the 10 pound natural level, so your body will think each period is a new diet completely. This will prevent your body from rejecting your training. This works for me. I began the year at 228,pounds. I am now down to 198. amd stabilizing the third time. This si a weight loss of 10 pounds per cycle, (MONTH) i saw my abs the other day, after a vigorus day of exercise. I have never seen them before in my life.!

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that you diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
