I have just worked out that I have about 17 weeks until I go away on quite a hard working expedition (which involves climbing parts of the Himalayas). Like ARGHHH panic!!In this time…Is it possible to lose around about 2 1/2 – 3 stone? I have a gym membership…which I try and go everyday…(Just my eating habits are awful) {Easter eggs nononono}Also, I swim a lot, so hopefully that will help. Will just changing my eating habits (what exactly I eat) help?I’m really concerned I won’t be in good shape for this expedition. Is 17 weeks too late?...An impossible goal?

Hello My name is Tigran and I am posting this because I know what it’s like to be over weight and feel your life spiraling out of control. I was almost 360 pounds, struggling with my health and looking for a way out. Seriously, I would have done almost anything to make a change in my life. And I did, with very little success. Pills, therapy, even working out were getting me nowhere. No matter what I tried I never really saw a change because I could not stop my love of eating. It’s so hard for people to understand when they haven’t faced this struggle. Everyone just says that you have to will power. But if you are like me, you know there is much more to it. I realized I was holding my life in my hands and I made the decision to find a way out of my self-inflicted nightmare. After years of struggle and countless nights studying the ins and outs of exercise science I finally stumbled onto a Fat Loss program that caused me to lose 143 pounds and still allowed me to enjoy the foods I love. This is nothing like what you have done before. Fat Loss program changed my life and I could not believe just how easy it was. I want you to discover the key that turned my life around. Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that you diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
