| Ok I weigh 174, and I want to get down to 145. What foods can I eat and do I need a membership acces to a gym that allows me over 1 hr of lifting weights. I am tired of feeling ugly and not having a girlfriend. I am so wanting to do this!P.S. (I have a huge butt! I'm a 13 yr old male and it is fat! Will the weight loss make it way smaller? |
