i have about a week and a half until my birthday, i want to lose 10 pounds if that's possible. i have all the time in the world, im skinny but i want to get really fit again. does this mean i have to spend allll day excersiing every day and drinking water? will that benefit me quickly??? i weigh 120 lbs and have all the time in the world until my birthday. any good weight loss suggestions? that work quickly and efficiently!?

not possible in a week and a 1/2.you could loose 3-5 pounds if you diet and exercise though.

There is no way to lose 10 lbs in a week and a half. 2lbs a week is the norm.At 120 lbs you don't need to lose anything. Stop obsessing with your weight and eat a slice of cake on your birthday.

all you have to do is it healthy and OVEREXERCISE if you burn more calories than you eat it will make you lose for fat

well to lose as much weight as possible would be not eating at all, excersising, vomiting, taking lots of laxatives and so on but that would make you an anorexic baolemic.

actually, it is possible... but you might get execess skini would say lose 3 kilos... you would still see the diffrences.go for a 20 minute run in the morning, and a 10 minute run when you get home, try to put in a few sit-ups, and dance to about 5 of your favourite songs...remember eat less calories!

eat nothing but fruit and vegetables and make sure u drink 2l of water a day.go for walks every morning and night.they say that diet is 70% of the battle so make sure ur diet is perfect

Um, that would be extremly hard. I recommed that you slow down on eating but remember fasting doesn't help. Then be sure to walk every night about a half and hour after you eat. And it really helps if you could begin to eat before 6 o'clock and if you can do that try to eat before 6:30pm. It helps...trust me. And laslty do at least 20 minutes of cardio which should burn about 150 calories. Cardio means to do...push ups, sit ups, v ups, jogging, running or walking. Just excersise, eat less, eat healthy and walk as often a possible. I hope I could help and good

Fast for one week. Second week, eat 3 apples and a can of tuna every day. Jog or jump rope for 30 minutes a day.You'll might lose 5 pounds if you don't cheat too much.Good luck.

loosing weight is like math.one pound is equal to 3500 calories..take in only 1500 calories over three days and exercise anywhere from a half hour to two hours a dayit's deff. possible to loose that weight.you could also go to GNC and get a weight loss drink or something.

I lost 7 pounds from just eating smal amounts all day.. and eating NO sugar.
