okay i am really really really sick of yoyo dieting for 2 yearsso plz give me any diet that makes me lose weight fast .... i dont care what just as long as i can lose it fast ..... im 160 and want to be around 125, im 5'8 as well i dont care if its not healthy or not .... i do 45 minutes a day on weekdays and 1hour and a half a day on the weekend or longer at the gymand what r some foods to speed up weight loss and metabolismi like with my parentz but i can buy whatever it is that makes me lose this weight just as long as it doesnt actually take long to make like not the cabbage soup dietthnx and plz help i know its not healthy but i need to c resultsxxn0haxx

If you're a yoyo dieter then fast isn't what you want. What you want is to change a few things in your life so the weight doesn't come back. For instance if you drink a lot of soda, try and cut down or cut it out completely. I lost 10lb just by giving it up. Try and eat breakfast when you can. Also, try and eat earlier in the day, when you can burn off the calories. When you eat later then you wont burn it off and it will just turn to fat. You're doing the right thing doing regular exercise, so you probably just need to work on your diet a bit. Also, you aren't overweight. Try to eat more vegetables and less meat.
