| i cant seem to lose the fat i have in my thighs and hips and butt!! how can i lose it? the obvious answer would be to excersize. but it seems like i only gain muscle, and it just makes my legs look bigger. i also did yoga about 3 days a week for an hour and it didnt seem to help. would pilates work better? i have a really little waist. short legs (which ive been saying look big), and big boobs. im 5'3'' and 103 pounds. i dont feel proportional at all! i have to get that weight off my legs and butt and even out!! any suggestions? |

| Try doing cardio there is not way to just spot exercise a certain part of your body. but if you gain muscle in those places you will eventually loose fat in those place. Try doing step areobics or a spinning class. |

| What REALLY works for real are Windsor Pilates. Daisy Fuentes used them and she has said a lot of good stuff about it, like how her thighs used to touch and after this pilates they don't and stuff. They really helped and are helping me. It is Extremely toning, you really should look into it. |
