| Any quick weight loss tips?I have a low calorie diet but at the moment my life is a bit hectic so i dont have much time to excercise. Any ideas as i would like to lose weight over the easter holidays?Also, what is a realistic amounf of weight to lose in a fortnight? |

| fast.(not eating) it worked out for my sis. start out with smoothies or fresh juices. then go for water fasting. see ya! |
