| I acheived this on 3 mountain Bikes i road Bike ,3 Speclized ,1 Dawes,also done with very high blood pressure. i have had for 25 years,always cycled long distance in 1st week july and do up to 130 miles straight off , Manchester was first long distance ride to see my daughter at university.was 180 mile in 2 days whent past Joderal Bank Telescope.,And it poured down rain last 30 miles, and boots was full cold water. Iwas so cold when arrived home had job holding key to open door.On an other ride i cycled to the Humber Bridge, then next Day to Towe Law in County Durham some 200 Miles,from where i live.Iwas 2000 ft altiude ,and it was freezing cold even in july.Istill have very high blood pressure, and am now going 76 ,still riding bikes, no car for last 8 years, not even missed it, not smoked for past 16 years, not drink, not eat a lot processed food,Eat lot fruit and veg, drink lot tap water.still play 18 hole golf .Fly flight simlator 747 etc on computer, Play loads war games x box |
